Support the Contracts team by leading contracting actions across a portfolio of programs, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration. •Interface with customers and business partners to support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration across a portfolio of programs.
•Examine proposal requirements and analyze terms and conditions to evaluate risk and ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment.
•Process contractual documentation and reports, advise management on contractual rights and obligations, and compile/analyze data and historical information.
•Facilitate shipment, billing, and payment collection and interface with DCMA as required.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports and maintain assigned contracts, including drafting related agreements and memoranda as needed.
