Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment during customer site visits and assigned projects.
•Perform onsite work including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning workloads.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact.
•Collaborate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams to share key customer insights and provide updates.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools with blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units, and generate reports on completed invoiced work orders.

•Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
