Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate E2E tooling improvement projects and support new innovation tools across departments (II&PD, PEX, Production, C&SQ, others).
•Develop facility layouts and product drawings using CAD software and participate in machine parts/modification projects.
•Discuss final designs and fabricate parts using standard assembly/test tools; ensure tooling and fixtures are produced with appropriate machines (CNC 3X, Lathe, Milling).
•Operate CAD/CAM tools (AutoCAD, ZW3D) per assignment and support machine/software operations.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery plans align with production needs and prepare progress/status reports for managers.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools such as AutoCAD and ZW3D for facility layouts and drawings.
•Experience supporting tooling and fixture/tooling improvement projects in manufacturing environments.
•Ability to develop and register drawings and ensure accurate documentation.
•Familiarity with CNC machines (e.g., CNC Lathe, Milling) and basic machining processes.
•Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple departments and manage material stock and purchasing (PR/PO).
