Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions by assessing financial wellness needs and referring investment and insurance products to support client goals.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations tied to sales and client outcomes.
  • •Build and manage a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and leveraging lead sources and contacts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed, participate in morning huddles and debriefs, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience building and growing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referrals in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners via centers of influence (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office/Word/Excel) and digital technologies (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients (required).
