Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional People programs, from ideation through execution and iteration.
•Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to define program goals, success metrics, and roadmaps.
•Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
•Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively driving alignment and decision-making.
•Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
•Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels.
•Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
•Background in People Operations, HR transformation, People systems, or supporting executive-level initiatives and Chief of Staff functions is a strong plus.
