Warehouse Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate picking/packing, and timely outbound dispatch. Monitor performance against warehouse KPIs and customer SLAs, run cycle counts and stock reconciliation, and enforce barcode scanning and zero-bypass accuracy. Lead and coach warehouse associates, manage manpower across zones, and maintain audit-ready compliance with warehouse quality and local food safety guidelines while ensuring Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.
