Support the Lifestyle category management team within TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, helping grow Home & Living, Lifestyle, and Automobile categories. As an intern, you’ll work with short-video creators and sellers—seeding products, supporting campaigns, managing seller accounts, and assisting onboarding/troubleshooting. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to plan livestream sessions and drive creator incubation initiatives that convert creators into livestream creators.

•Manage seller accounts, including seller education, problem solving, campaign status updates, and other operational tasks.
•Communicate with and assist sellers during onboarding, including education, problem troubleshooting, and campaign status updates.

•Strong attention to accuracy and clean, perfect formatting.
•Highly motivated to learn social commerce and take initiative.
•Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
