Job Summary

Maintain and repair production and facility equipment to keep operations safe and efficient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and rebuilding of hydraulic/pneumatic components, plus basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480V. Interpret prints and schematics, support packaging and vacuum equipment, document work and inspections in the CMMS, and follow safety procedures while meeting production and downtime goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant production equipment.
•Complete mechanical repairs including shafts, motors, bearings, sprockets, conveyors, alignments, and rebuild pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, valves, and pumps.
•Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (low and high voltage up to 480V).
•Maintain packaging equipment, vacuum pumps, box makers, and taper machines; perform oil removal and system maintenance for hydraulic and vacuum equipment.
•Document work, inspections, and PMs in the CMMS and maintain a safe work environment while meeting downtime goals.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Basic computer skills to document work and use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
