Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with investment consulting firms in Japan to drive acquisition and expansion of fund wrap–related business.
  • •Articulate Invesco’s investment capabilities, competitive advantages, and long-term support framework to consultants.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and advance the firm’s business strategy and improve consultant ratings.
  • •Provide leadership, people management, and strategic direction to the RFP team.
  • •Establish and maintain RFP processes/governance and offer review and backup support for RFP preparation as required.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in the asset management industry, including consultant relations, institutional sales, or investment consulting.
  • •Experience in fund wrap–related business.

  • •Proven experience managing teams, including people development and performance management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred but not required.
