Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve collection performance expectations for assigned accounts based on individual goals and objectives.
  • •Provide cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements to cure delinquency in accordance with policies and guidelines.
  • •Disclose relevant account information accurately and professionally, and manage client communications with compliance and quality expectations.
  • •Work accounts thoroughly using established procedures (contact attempts, required letters, etc.).
  • •Document collection efforts in the system of record and process payments/transactions/workflows as required.
