Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Deliver in-person ABA therapy to children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll follow behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on client progress, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and required training. This part-time afternoon/evening role supports children’s development and daily life while providing training toward RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and an hourly pay rate of $22–$25.
