Key Responsibilities

•Provide visionary technical and organizational leadership for teams building AI agent platforms, tool ecosystems, and cloud-native services.
•Define and drive the engineering roadmap for scalable, secure, reliable, extensible systems enabling AI agents, tools, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
•Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
•Drive execution across multiple programs and teams with clear priorities, predictable delivery, risk management, and alignment across stakeholders.
•Guide architectural decisions for distributed systems and multi-agent workflows, and champion production readiness and operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•15+ years of software engineering experience with 10+ years of engineering leadership and 5+ years managing managers or multiple engineering teams.
•Proven experience designing, delivering, and operating complex AI/ML, generative AI, automation, or intelligent software platforms.
•Strong understanding of generative AI and agentic architectures, including LLM integration, Model Context Protocol, RAG, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and policy controls.
•Experience leading teams building scalable, secure, reliable cloud-native AI or data-intensive services, including distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and production operations.
