Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of direct experience in the AECO industry (owner, operator, EPC, GC, or equivalent) and/or relevant sales or business development experience.
  • •Strong understanding of AECO industry business and technology trends and typical customer pain points.
  • •Knowledge of modern and agile processes in the AEC world, including the asset lifecycle from design to operations.
  • •Experience leading strategy-level conversations with owners and C-suite stakeholders to influence investment decisions and executive thinking.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple levels of a client organization, with a proven results track record.
