Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex customer environments.
  • •Coordinate delivery team capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure enterprise-scale deployment readiness.
  • •Set engineering standards, serve as final technical escalation point, and maintain architectural judgment across LLMs, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
  • •Unblock complex customer deployments by addressing data readiness, tool integrations, and multi-agent orchestration challenges and codifying repeatable delivery methodologies.
  • •Accelerate Agentforce adoption by driving executive-level relationships and cross-functional alignment to move customers from pilot to production quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring and scaling technical talent.
  • •Deep architectural understanding of AI and LLMs, plus hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, with the ability to orchestrate for enterprise scale production value.
  • •Experience navigating high-touch global enterprise customer strategies and delivering exceptional executive-level communication and influence.
  • •A ship-it mindset with strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a get-things-done approach to actively shipping code.
