Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onboarding and education program rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, including end-of-program certification.
  • •Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities while referring customers to assigned business partners for holistic solutions.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills or combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to apply good judgment in making decisions.
