Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Tolling Operations programs, including planning, execution, governance, and operational transition.
•Serve as primary client contact throughout contract duration and manage multi-vendor coordination.
•Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), integrated master schedules (IMS), and resource plans; track scope, schedule, and budget.
•Lead cross-functional teams (software, infrastructure, data, QA, and operations) and ensure go-live readiness.
•Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods and manage backlog, sprints, and releases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•12+ years of relevant experience.
•8+ years of experience managing tolling programs.
•Experience in multi-entity, cross-functional delivery environments.
•Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
