Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, 2nd shift

Supervise manufacturing employees on the Metals team during the 2nd shift, ensuring safe operations, quality, and efficient production. Maintain production records, manage changeovers and run responsibilities, troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, and support continuous improvement using lean methods. Lead safety programs, perform daily layered audits and quality investigations, support scheduling/work orders, and report operational challenges to the Operations Manager.
