Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise all employees in the manufacturing departments and manage staffing/training and talent development.
  • •Enforce safe working environments, own plant security responsibility, and ensure safety regulations are followed.
  • •Own production runs, changeover procedures, production area efficiency, and maximize output while maintaining quality.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing process problems, provide prompt documentation to resolve machine/material/tooling issues, and maintain housekeeping.
  • •Support continuous improvement (lean principles, 6S, SMED, Kaizen) and quality responsibilities (layered audits, 8D/4 Block investigations, guidance for quality auditors).
