Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist guests and help maintain public safety by controlling venue access to restricted areas and preventing unauthorized items from entering the venue.
  • •Communicate venue policies and procedures as guests prepare to enter, and provide information about common venue programs.
  • •Perform searches for non-permitted items, scan tickets for entry, and operate detection devices (walk-through metal detectors and wands) as needed.
  • •Monitor for suspicious items and activities and communicate concerns to Supervisors.
  • •Support the guest experience by helping with seat finding/relocation, VIP access control, VIP area assistance, escorting guests to meet & greets, resolving complaints, directing lines, and helping remove debris after guests exit.

  • •Perform duties in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance.
  • •Use independent judgment decisions within company policy and procedures.
  • •Be able to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift/carry 30 lbs+ in outdoor conditions (rain or shine).
