Own forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for Airbnb’s global payment processing costs and payments-driven financial results. Lead Company-wide OKR performance management through the monthly Strategy Performance Forum, consolidate focus-area updates, and produce executive reporting. Partner with Payments and Finance leaders to build business cases for payment initiatives, model payment volume and mix impacts to the P&L, and develop analytics that connect payments KPIs to financial outcomes.
