Drive efficient, hybrid relationships with Wholesaler/Distributor customers to achieve market share, sales, and profitability targets. Leverage digital tools (Diageo One, Anaplan, Power BI) and remote channels (phone, email, WhatsApp) to optimize coverage, segmentation, and activation plans across Madrid and key markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Define targets (sales, distribution and coverage) for the customer group assigned based on On Trade RTM strategy.
•Segment customers by sales contribution, digital/hybrid capability, and relationship needs to tailor engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
•Create the coverage/contact plan to ensure delivery of targets using remote tools (mail, phone, WhatsApp) per customer segment.
•Own day-to-day customer relationships through negotiation, persuasion and conflict resolution to achieve objectives.
•Develop simple, scalable account/segment plans (price, rewards, promos, etc.) to reach business objectives and align with other internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
•Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English

•Ability to manage day-to-day customer relationships and execute scalable account/segment plans
