Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the Converting (pouching) department: safety, quality, productivity, cost, and culture.
  • •Act as a safety leader and work with the EHS Manager to maintain safety policies and programs.
  • •Oversee PCS performance control: set KPI targets, audit shift meetings, and ensure action items and standards are tracked and closed.
  • •Supervise shift supervisors and manage hiring, terminations, recognition, discipline, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • •Ensure investigations and corrective actions are completed for injuries/incidents/near misses and customer complaints, and recommend capital projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on a technical field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Ability to establish and enforce safety and quality standards in a plant setting.
  • •Experience managing performance systems (KPIs/PCS) and driving continuous improvement.
