Job Summary

Operate and maintain grain facility equipment, including loading/unloading grain, preparing trucks and railcars, and controlling load-out functions. Perform scheduled maintenance such as lubrication and inspections, monitor and maintain inventory quality, and assist with mixing/loading fertilizer and chemical products. Deliver agricultural inputs to customer sites, support customer service, and maintain a clean, safe work environment including grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload grain coming through the facility.
•Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and equipment inspections.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and attach/detach hoses as needed.
•Monitor and maintain grain quality and inventory, including blended/bulk/packaged products.
•Control load-out functions and maintain clean, safe work areas, including grounds maintenance such as snow removal.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license (or ability to attain one) with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
