Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and standardize operations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility to ensure scalable and consistent execution.
  • •Own global Talent Strategy team budget activities including forecasting, tracking, cost control, and investment planning.
  • •Lead analytics and reporting across talent areas by defining KPIs, partnering on dashboard development, and delivering insights for strategy and performance.
  • •Manage relationships with talent vendors and partners, partnering with HR technology business analysts to ensure integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements succeed with effective change management.
  • •Serve as the operational decision-maker for process design and optimization, identify operational risks, and drive AI-enabled enhancements and responsible automation across talent processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 12 years of relevant experience including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of TA strategies, tools, systems, and operating models, with ability to translate strategy into scalable processes.
  • •Proven ability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to drive decisions across talent functions.
  • •Experience managing HR/talent technology partners and driving change management for process and technology rollouts, including communications and adoption.
