Housekeeping Supervisor

Direct and control day-to-day housekeeping operations on floors and in public areas to ensure the highest cleanliness standards. Lead supervisory and non-supervisory staff assignments, inspect areas and rooms (especially VIP/VVIP/repeat guest areas), and coordinate with other housekeeping sections and departments on room status and appearance. Support recruitment, performance management, and training, run monthly training sessions, manage supplies and amenities usage, and help monitor Lost & Found, key control, security/emergency procedures, and health & safety.
