Key Responsibilities

•Lead employee engagement efforts through newsletters, day-of-show info sheets, and related tools.
•Curate employee day-of-show experiences by managing upkeep of dedicated areas and ensuring recognition and key messages are communicated.
•Administer recognition programs and organize ongoing appreciation events to build a “ONE-CREW” culture.
•Recruit, oversee, and support the Guest Services department; lead service-focused training and reinforce Safety, Care, Encore, and Efficiency standards.
•Design fan experience initiatives, lead post-show reporting by analyzing feedback and service trends, and translate insights into continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Natural interest in helping others with a strong heart for service and delivering engaging fan experiences.
•Ability to maintain composure and organization in a hectic, loud live environment.
•Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
•Strong communication skills, including public speaking or meeting facilitation.
•1-3 years’ plus of work experience in a comparable role; must be able to lift 30 lbs. and perform constant physical activity.
