Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitor loan performance and compliance, and negotiate/close required loan amendments.
  • •Lead deal processes for new loans to existing clients, including negotiation, underwriting, diligence, credit committee approvals, and legal document review.
  • •Cross-collaborate with legal counsel, credit/risk management, and operational teams to manage clients and credits.
  • •Provide high-quality customer experience by anticipating needs, building rapport, and addressing requests promptly.
  • •Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members and deliver performance evaluations and goal planning as required.
