Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement a world-class safety culture and instill a Safety First mentality.
  • •Lead qualification of new technologies at the module level by identifying and assessing design and manufacturing failure modes.
  • •Develop and execute FMEA-based risk assessments linking product design risks to commercial reliability requirements and process capability controls.
  • •Drive reliability testing methods and interpret results to validate assumptions in the field; communicate reliability concerns across functions.
  • •Establish root-cause and corrective actions for module performance issues from factory excursions and field warranty returns, supporting customer-facing closed-loop corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •M.S. in an engineering discipline (e.g., Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) with Ph.D. preferred.
  • •10+ years of engineering experience in an engineering discipline including volume manufacturing and process/product improvement.
  • •10+ years of experience in reliability prediction modeling, reliability physics, and MTBF.
  • •8+ years of engineering leadership and management experience in process engineering and/or process development.
  • •5+ years managing Quality and/or Reliability in a global volume manufacturing and product development environment with familiarity with UL and IEC standards.
