Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HSE leadership to align client and Wood expectations and ensure HSE requirements are met.
  • •Establish and maintain client relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and locations.
  • •Manage Wood maintenance personnel across client sites, ensuring work execution through applicable Wood processes and regulatory requirements.
  • •Oversee contract administration including KPI monitoring, risk register updates/review, contract governance/compliance/assurance, contract reporting, and contract management plans.
  • •Support site HR/IR by resolving disputes, supporting EA negotiations, and manage resourcing through recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification (or equivalent) with relevant and considerable experience in the energy industrial sector.
  • •Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Maintenance, Turnaround and Minor Modification contract management.
  • •Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills to organise and lead a project team, develop implementation schedules, and provide status reports to senior management and clients.
  • •Ability to clearly communicate with clients and contractors at all levels; self-motivated and able to set the example.
  • •Good presentation and strong written communication skills.
