Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, assess strengths/weaknesses, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Engage team members with coaching, development, feedback, and performance management; promote positive communication and adherence to values.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and train associates to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time.
  • •Lead production associates and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Computer use experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).

  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and work extended standing with safety equipment in varying shop conditions.
