•Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily store activities
•Contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) by adapting to changes in strategy and new action plans
•Replenish and manage the stock and deliveries, while fostering a strong team spirit and collaborative workplace

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar retail roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in multinational retail environments preferred
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs and a results-oriented mindset
•Empathy, dynamism, and excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues and leaders
•Wamiliarity with stock management and store delivery processes (replenishment, merchandising)
