•Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and custom AI developer tooling.
•Balance rapid prototyping with long-term sustainability, knowing when to cut corners versus build rock-solid foundations.
•Integrate and optimize commercial and open-source LLMs for specific agentic behaviors.
•Leverage advanced AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and establish team best practices for AI-assisted engineering.
•Implement evaluation and performance benchmarking for agent reliability, latency, and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping complex systems from scratch in fast-paced environments.
•Strong architectural judgment, including managing technical debt and designing clean API boundaries for future scale.
•2+ years of direct, hands-on production experience building autonomous workflows, custom tools, and agentic systems.
•Deep familiarity with LLMs and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.
•Comfort writing clean, high-performance code in Python or Go with distributed backend systems foundations.
