•Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team.
•Ensure evidenced-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
•Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost-effective and efficient manner to enhance safe patient care.
•Foster team engagement and develop staff to improve patient experiences.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ongoing quality improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute.
•At least 5 years’ nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic.
•At least 3 years’ senior nursing experience.
•Strong Oncology/Infusion Services experience.
•Demonstrate ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process and adhere to JCIA/governance standards; proficient with MS Office; good English communication.
