•Design and support businesses in developing optimal target-state business processes.
•Create and execute roadmaps focused on solution development and implementation.
•Align with key stakeholders (Project Management and Software Engineering) to support identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or similar.
•5-7 years of experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions in scrum teams.
•Strong experience detailing and creating User Stories for front-end and back-end, plus agile concepts and specifications.
•Good analytical and communication skills with strong independence and initiative, working effectively in agile delivery teams.
•Knowledge of Retail Banking IT (e.g., frontends and channels) and experience with API design (swagger), data mapping, and backend specifications (Postman/Bruno for API testing).
