Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee daily activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and drive improvements
  • •Coach and develop assigned team members, providing feedback and performance management
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; repair or reject based on estimated repair cost and overall quality
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards and monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards
