Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and validate contractor lifting procedures according to company/project specifications.
  • •Ensure all lifting works are carried out following approved procedures.
  • •Supervise and coordinate lifting activities with personnel and equipment, in close coordination with HSE/QA/QC and construction superintendent.
  • •Inspect, report, and control lifting operations to ensure full compliance with design, planning, HSE standards, and the Lifting Management System.
  • •Conduct audits of contractor lifting equipment and certification, and deliver training on lifting/rigging methodologies and safe work practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in lift management methodologies and systems.
  • •Knowledge of lifting limiting devices and safety features.
  • •Knowledge of crane types involved in projects (e.g., crawler, mobile).
  • •Expertise in lifting studies including crane load charts, ground bearing capacity, and developing lifting plans.
  • •Experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries; good English (spoken and written).
