Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with process and equipment engineers on starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability.
  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related manufacturing line problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC.
  • •Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process steps.
  • •Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities to improve productivity and manage risk.
  • •Handle new process baseline qualifications and manage, audit, and liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
