Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage product development, costing, and sourcing activities from development/proto samples through manufacturing-ready packages.
  • •Build and manage GTM calendar product development activities across all phases to meet development dates.
  • •Lead seasonal costing activities, including gathering and negotiating prices and aligning to FOB targets.
  • •Manage finish approvals from development through pre-production to bulk shade bands.
  • •Support sourcing strategy execution, partner with supply planning/field teams on pre-production timing, and help resolve quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Textile/Apparel Industry Field preferred (or a combination of education and related work experience as a substitute).
  • •Minimum of 5 years of Apparel Production and/or Product Development experience.
  • •Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications.
  • •Project management abilities with systems knowledge.
  • •Advanced Excel skills to maintain complex spreadsheets and analyze data using pivot, V-lookups, and formulas.
