Job Summary

Contribute to the development of Presto (next-generation CPQ) and the Phoenix digital transformation program by working across business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, manage work items in DevOps boards, and help ensure quality through test plans and cases. Maintain product backlogs with the Product Owner, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and troubleshoot production issues while supporting users worldwide.

•Create and review test cases and test plans for projects in development, and maintain product backlogs with the Product Owner.
•Participate in Scrum ceremonies, troubleshoot production issues, and educate users while providing technical support.
