Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with stakeholders to learn business requirements and turn business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • •Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables.
  • •Create and track work items in DevOps boards with appropriate acceptance criteria and repro steps.
  • •Create and review test cases and test plans for projects in development, and maintain product backlogs with the Product Owner.
  • •Participate in Scrum ceremonies, troubleshoot production issues, and educate users while providing technical support.
