Sales Operations Specialist

Manage day-to-day sales operations to keep tender tracking, sales pipeline data, and opportunity submissions on time and compliant. Monitor and follow up on tender platforms such as Etimad, Forsah, SAP, and Oracle, while organizing tender documents in OneDrive. Maintain vendor registrations, contracts and agreements, and supplier/contractor databases, coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Finance teams and supporting weekly meeting updates.
