Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, architect, and implement the first production storage platform for bare-metal GPU clusters and AI/HPC workloads.
  • •Lead storage stack design decisions from hardware infrastructure through parallel file system orchestration and performance tuning.
  • •Select, build, and maintain storage solutions across block and object layers, including NVMe/SAN/Ceph and S3-compatible/custom/Ceph Object Gateway options.
  • •Design for high-throughput, low-latency access for large datasets, rapid checkpointing, and parallel access for distributed AI training.
  • •Develop automation, observability, and management tooling; collaborate with GPU/HPC/platform teams to integrate storage with compute and network layers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing high-performance storage systems for compute clusters in HPC, AI, or bare-metal cloud environments.
  • •Proven ability to build storage infrastructure from scratch, not just operate existing systems.
  • •Deep expertise in block storage (NVMe, SAN, Ceph) and object storage (S3, MinIO, Ceph Object Gateway).
  • •Strong background integrating and optimizing parallel file systems such as WekaIO, BeeGFS, Lustre, or Spectrum Scale.
