Job Summary

Lead platform engineering for C5I mission systems, shaping architecture, modernization, and secure DevSecOps pipelines across multiple programs. Key Responsibilities

•Implement the platform architecture and modernization strategies for C5I mission systems, including automation, container orchestration and secure platform design.
•Develop resilient, scalable, and secure platform environments using Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Artifactory and related technologies.
•Work on end-to-end DevSecOps workflows to support high-frequency, high-quality deployments across MDS programs.
•Work on CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to ensure secure, automated build, test and release processes at scale.
•Mentor and guide Platform Engineers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration; lead Agile Scrum/Kanban environments.

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in Linux platform engineering and administration.
•Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible and virtualization tools (VMware/KVM).
•Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, Bash and PowerShell.
•Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and secure build/deployment architectures; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
