Warehouse Administrator

Assist dealers with accurate receipt and handling of HVAC and supply equipment by coordinating trailer pickups and deliveries, monitoring pending orders, and reviewing shipment documents. Generate bills of lading, secure carrier signatures, and complete general administrative and housekeeping tasks. Support annual warehouse inventory and be available for overtime or weekend work as needed in an on-site warehouse environment.
