Key Responsibilities

  • •Start at the delivery hub, then drive out on routes with a 2-person delivery crew.
  • •Load the lorry with the day's deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
  • •Install products efficiently and quickly for customers and demonstrate how they work once installed.
  • •Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand and provide great customer service, respecting customers’ homes.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment and keep up to date with new products and technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 29,500 - 41,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience of installation (installer accreditation will be provided).
  • •UK B-Category manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Great verbal communication skills over the phone and in person.
  • •Good understanding of technology.
