Senior Accounts Payable Associate

Own end-to-end accounts payable for Thumbtack’s global operations, including receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices for US and Canada entities (with support for PH as needed). Ensure timely, policy-compliant payments, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end close tasks tied to bank matching and AP accruals in line with US GAAP, collaborate cross-functionally on approvals, and assist with audits and AP automation/process improvements.
