Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer production features across Next.js/React/TypeScript with Sanity, alongside ongoing enhancements for the WordPress (PHP/Twig) site environment.
  • •Maintain and extend shared component libraries and a design system using scalable, well-tested code and code review practices.
  • •Own performance and accessibility (Core Web Vitals) by implementing semantic markup and ensuring fast, resilient page loads.
  • •Architect and execute complex A/B and multivariate experiments, partnering with CRO leads and data analysts to ensure statistically sound, performant test variants.
  • •Advance AI-assisted development by using AI coding tools, improving MCP-connected workflows, and mentoring others to set standards for reliable AI-assisted engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, accessibility, and web performance, with several years building production applications.
  • •Proven web experimentation and CRO experience shipping complex A/B, multivariate tests and personalized experiments with measurable conversion outcomes.
  • •Hands-on experience with web experimentation/feature flag platforms (e.g. Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly) and product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, GA4).
  • •Strong Jamstack and modern front-end experience, with mastery of Next.js, React, and TypeScript focused on performance and accessibility.
  • •CMS experience across headless Sanity and WordPress/Twig, including modeling and optimizing content across both architectures.
