Key Responsibilities

•CSP Partnership Acquisition: Systematically build a Hunting Motion for Singapore CSP partnerships with tier-1 and tier-2 providers including Enterprise, Mid-Market CSPs, and Regional/Local Specialized CSPs
•Competitive Displacement Strategy: Execute targeted initiatives to displace competitors and fintech incumbents through improved value propositions, competitive intelligence, and strategic negotiations
•Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust CSP partnership funnel from outreach to revenue ramp
•Partnership Agreements: Lead commercial negotiations for terms, referral fees, SLAs, and co-marketing commitments with CSP partners
•Enablement & Training: Develop CSP partner enablement materials, conduct training on Payoneer value proposition, and ensure partner differentiation against competitors

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect channel sales in Payments, Fintech, Financial Services, and/or Corporate Services industries
•Proven Singapore CSP network with established relationships in the region
•Track record of acquiring strategic partnerships with measurable revenue outcomes (e.g., $1M+ annually)
•Corporate Service expertise including offshore incorporation drivers, multi-jurisdiction entity structures, and cross-border payment needs for founders incorporating in Singapore
•Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision making with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and BI platforms (PowerBI/Tableau)
