Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the client in Hong Kong and act as the primary interface with the Singapore-based client team and local delivery teams.
  • •Lead planning, execution, governance, and reporting for workplace and capital projects across the Hong Kong portfolio.
  • •Oversee the local project and cost management teams, consultants, and contractors; monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • •Review project controls such as schedules, procurement plans, cost forecasts, change requests, and risk registers; resolve delivery challenges.
  • •Manage commercial/financial governance (budgets, forecasts, reporting, funding approvals) and ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and industry standards including health, safety, security, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in programme management, project management, corporate real estate, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven delivery experience of workplace projects within financial institutions or other highly regulated environments.
  • •Experience leading office restack, workplace transformation, office relocation, fit-out, refurbishment, and occupancy planning projects.
  • •Experience acting as a client representative while managing external project management, cost management, and consulting teams.
  • •Degree in a related field (e.g., project/cost/real estate/construction management, architecture, engineering, quantity surveying); PMP/MRICS/MAPM/RIBA/PE preferred.
