Drive end-to-end data center thermal architecture for next-generation large-scale AI infrastructure, spanning air and liquid-cooled servers, integrated racks, power distribution, and heat rejection. Innovate power- and cooling-centric solutions for dense IT environments while optimizing cost, energy efficiency, and performance. Partner with engineering, suppliers/ODMs, and high-profile AI customers to design cooling approaches, define topologies, and develop solution and BOM/SKU recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture of end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including air/liquid-cooled servers, integrated rack solutions, power distribution, and heat rejection.
•Innovate power-centric solutions for increasingly dense IT environments.
•Optimize cost, energy efficiency, and performance from IT to the datacenter.
•Engage with high-profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications and tune systems for maximum performance.
•Design air, liquid, and other cooling solutions; define AI workload-optimized hardware topologies; and propose BOM/SKUs aligned to technical requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,500 - 297,000

Key Requirements

•Experience collaborating with customers on architectural and design requirements from IT systems to data center thermal technologies.
•Advanced knowledge of heat transfer and the ability to analyze component/system-level problems and apply cooling technologies.
•Strong understanding of data center power and thermal management component suppliers and related ecosystems.
•Ability to work with technology partners and ODMs on mechanical, thermal, and electrical aspects of system design.
•Ability to understand manufacturing processes and tolerance control requirements for high-volume production environments, and author architecture specifications.
