Job Summary

Lead a commercial banking market team of 5+ relationship managers to drive growth, manage credit risk, and deliver tailored financial solutions for mid-sized and large commercial clients. Own strategic portfolio management, client acquisition, and credit quality, overseeing underwriting and structuring of complex lending relationships. Partner with product teams (Treasury, Retirement, Home Loans) and other business lines to optimize results, strengthen internal controls, and report portfolio health to senior leadership.

•Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial loan, deposit, and fee income portfolios.

•Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage credit and operational risk while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
•Drive relationship-based client acquisition and retention; collaborate with product partners and other business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and present reports to senior leadership.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).
•7-9 years progressive commercial lending experience and 4-6 years managing work production of others in lending/support roles.
