Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation on a medical unit.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
  • •Support evidence‑based practice in the management of chronic and acute medical conditions.
  • •Monitor patient progress and identify changes in condition promptly, ensuring escalation when needed.
  • •Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and overall flow within the medical ward.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree in Nursing; or Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration and Successful completion of the National exam: USA: NCLEX - RN; Canada: Licensing Exam
  • •DOH License or Eligibility
  • •Ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff and coordinate patient flow
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and documentation practices
  • •Commitment to evidence-based practice and staff development
